They are currently looking for a CTO to build a team around them, building the recommendation engine from scratch. The ideal candidate will have experience in the machine learning / recommendation engine domain and currently be in a architecture or CTO type position. The system is in its infancy so any technologies may be used, although the COO has a strong preference for Open Source technologies.
