Job Description
The Head of Design and deputy are responsible, under the direct authority of the Accountable Manager as delegated by the AEB, for:-
· Establishing a documented design assurance system
· Ensuring design work is undertaken in accordance with the design assurance system, A8-21 and other relevant regulations.
· Ensuring that for design work, compliance is demonstrated and verified with the appropriate type certification basis or equivalent.
