They need an experienced Chief Designer with an eye and passion for excellence. The role will be broad. You'll be at the sharp end of the creative team driving the ideas. You'll work closely with the Head of User Experience to develop these ideas to designs. You'll lead the design process. You'll manage the small design team, the allocation of resources and the quality of the creative output.
