The candidate could either have worked as a junior BA / PM before and have gained some experience in testing co-ordination through previous contracts OR have worked as part of a graduate scheme within banking previously and now be looking to expand their skills in an attractive long - term contract position that is likely to run for up to 2 1/2 years.
