The successful candidate will be a customer centric individual with the ability to understand and interpret consumer’s unmet needs and translate them into project deliverables. You will also have the ability to select, develop and assess the suitability of the various tools to maximise the extent of idea propositions. Coupled with a background in retail markets, FMCG or new and emerging markets. A proven track record in quality delivery and experience in leading direct and/or virtual teams would be ideal.
