As a business they have recently had a multi million pound SAP Implementation and are looking for an experienced SAP Support Manager to take overall responsibility for the management and direction of SAP Support. As SAP Support Manager you will be the Head of the Resolution Group for production SAP application problems and ultimately ensure that production application support is available for the SAP solution. This will be done be utilising 3rd Parties and by growing an internal SAP Support Team to enable delivery of the SAP solution and achieve agreed SLAs.
