My client; a world leading research firm and one of the most profitable companies in the world; currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support analyst to support the EMEA region. The purpose of your role is to provide technical support, providing Pro-active communication and collaboration with the US support and platform teams to internal clients in the EMEA region.
