The Technical Solutions Architect is a key member of Pegasystem’s Professional Services (PS) team which through consulting services enables our FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customers to drive revenue growth, increase productivity gains and recognize significant competitive advantages. Pegasystem’s PS Organization accounts for roughly 50% of the company revenue and the TSA is a critical touch point for our customer’s success and ultimately for Pega Systems overall success.
