The Test Consultant will also be required to operate in Senior Test management roles and may be required to undertake other test delivery roles as business imperatives dictate. They will undertake structured consulting engagements to include analysis and remediation of troubled projects and test assessment and improvement engagements. The senior Test Consultant must be able to establish their competence and expertise with both a range of IBM colleagues up to senior executive level and also in the eyes of its clients.
