Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Voice Specialist, with distinct knowledge and experience of BT ITS platform and CISCO Call manager 7 to join its dedicated team in the support of their systems. It is very much a specialist role, looking for an individual who can effectively maintain their systems, which also include a NICE voice recording platform and CUCM system. The perfect candidate will also have experience with call routing technology and signalling protocol, as well as experience of supporting a trading environment.
