You will work as a senior member of the Network Operations Centre (NOC) consultancy team. You will be a key member within the team. Your overall duties will include designing and implementing solutions based around Cisco Voice technologies. You will provide pre-sales support when required for new solutions and customer opportunities together with post-sales implementation.
